He has coached, trained, and evaluated thousands of leaders; from frontline supervisors to CEO’s across a vast array of industries, formulating deeply insightful views on the why, what and how of leadership.
Gerard’s experience is a unique mix of leading from the front himself and advising other leaders. He is the former Chairman of a fast-growing firm of business psychologists in Asia Pacific, Director of the global consulting firm DDI, and a Senior Manager with Bain & Co.
Gerard is an alumnus of Harvard University Kennedy School, Deakin University, and Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. | He is a member of the Global Leadership Collective, Leadership Victoria associate, as well as a Talent Mondial partner, former member of DDI’s Global Executive Education faculty, and continues to collaborate and learn with experts and practitioners in academic, business and the not-for-profit sectors.
He holds numerous accreditations in psychological assessment instruments and development methodologies for leaders and teams.
He mentors young leaders in his professional and local communities as well as providing pro bono services to charities and other social causes.
A dedicated father to Lalande and Dashiell and husband to Tamsin, Gerard divides his time when in Australia between the beautiful Mornington Peninsula and the rolling hills of South Gippsland where he regularly surfs, meditates and practices mindful living. |
